Become A Parent Trainer Volunteer!
RTI: Information for Families has a unique volunteer opportunity for parents and community members who wish to get involved in RTI. Parent Trainers work with the program coordinator to help spread the word about Parent Involvement in RTI. They also receive hands on training and gain skills such as: oral presenting, collaboration, presentation development, community networking and much, much more.
Parent Trainers are not obligated to an amount of hours and are free to volunteer as their schedule allows. They are required to participate in monthly ongoing training sessions which include some webinars and in person meetings with the program coordinator.
If you would like more information on how to become a parent trainer you can contact Sarah Hale: (253) 565-2266 or shale@wapave.org.
